Suzanna Dupee, BA, CMT, LMBT, is a Nationally Certified Bodyworker, a California Certified Massage Therapist, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and a yoga instructor. She graduated cum laude with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Suzanna grew up active in many sports and forms of creative movement, developing a passion and awe for the human body at an early age. At only 18 years old, she completed her massage therapy training at the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC.

In over a decade of clinical practice, she has cultivated a specialization in orthopedic, deep tissue, and sports massage. She works with all types of clients, from elite athletes and people rehabilitating from injuries to those who simply seek to release tension from their busy lives. Suzanna owes much of her success and education to the gifted physical therapists, trainers, and health professionals at the joint Proaxis Therapy (formerly Balanced Physical Therapy) and Balanced Movement Studio in Carrboro, North Carolina, where she also served as creative and marketing director.

A competitive cyclist (road and cyclocross), avid trail runner, and former swimmer, Suzanna loves working with athletes of all levels and abilities and introducing them to the power of massage, yoga, and mindful movement to help manage and maintain pain-free, active lifestyles.
